The 2 week SIMPLIFY challenge
This month Meraki focused on the art of simplifying our lives. Simplifying both our space and our self can allow us the time and energy to focus on things that truly matter. Many of us want to live a simple life, but circumstances and demands of our day to day take over. We want you to decrease your focus on the things in life and give more attention to the way you live and how you feel. The 2 week Simplify challenge will guide you through the process of improving your space. We will choose one area every other day for you to declutter and organize. Now understand us- we are not talking major overhaul (unless you really want to go there) but we know that even small improvements can lead to big changes to your mental health and stress level. Any positive change in the right direction is going to have big payoffs in your overall health. The other piece of the puzzle is simplifying what is going on in your head. It's not just enough to clean up your space. Most of us struggle with so much noise and thoughts firing in our brains 24/7 that we have no chance of living a peaceful life. Truly simplifying your life means changing your perspective and letting go of some things that do not serve you.
